What is Taiko/Wadaiko?
Taiko is Japanese traditional drum. They have developed through the long history of Japan along with various traditional art forms such as Noh, Kyo-gen, Nagauta, and Kabuki. Wadaiko especially refers to a taiko of Japanese origin. It is a compound word, which consists of "wa"(Japanese) and "daiko"(a suffix of the word "taiko").
What you will experience
You will have a basic lesson of Taiko by professional friendly instructor.
Of course there is no need that you are good at Japanese language, and music instrument. Feel free to join!
After taking a lesson, you and all participants will play simple Japanese music together.
This experience will be absolutely unforgettable for you.
At the end, the instructor let you waer the Happi, the traditional Japanese coute, and take a picture!
